In this session, you’ll meet some incredibly bright and talented people — leaders of vendor R&D labs, plus heads of product design and user experience who are focused on the future of HR technology. They’ll explore: What influences the user experience, the design and the new functionalities that are being developed? What are the most important factors determining what the next generation of HR technologies will look and feel like, and how does that influence how HR leaders should plan? Where is HR technology going in the next two to three years, and how can buyer HR and HR technology leaders best prepare to take advantage of these trends? You’ll hear from researchers, developers and UX designers from leading HR technology solution providers about how they see the future of HR technology, and how their customers and prospects influence what happens next.

Michael is a Technology Strategist, influencer and thought leader in the the HR Technology industry. Michael has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of HR and IT solutions, and is a speaker and blogger regarding HR technology. Michael has held a number of technology-related senior management positions of increasing responsibility at such leading organizations as Mercer, Knowledge Infusion, Charles Schwab, InfoBox, Inc., Kaiser Permanente and McKesson.
Jason Corsello

Jason Corsello is the SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development for Cornerstone OnDemand. He is responsible for driving the company’s product innovation, go-to-market strategies and new corporate initiatives. This includes guiding M&A and Cornerstone’s corporate venture investments, as well as overseeing new product initiatives in the areas of PaaS, workforce analytics and mobile. Jason has more than 20 years of experience in enterprise software, market research and management consulting. Prior to joining Cornerstone in 2011, he worked with HR consulting firm Knowledge Infusion (now Appirio), where he was senior vice president of strategy and corporate development, responsible for the organization’s strategy and solutions. He also developed and launched many new services for the firm and played a lead consulting role with many of Knowledge Infusion’s Global 2000 clients, such as Nike, Dell and Metlife. His background also includes a research director role with Yankee Group, leading the company’s human capital management and talent management advisory and consulting services. He also spent six years with Flextronics International (now Flex), where he worked with large, multi-national clients in developing their outsourced manufacturing and supply chain strategies. Jason is an active participant in the human capital management community, speaking at events such as the HR Technology Conference and LA Tech Summit. He has also been featured as an industry expert in media outlets such as The Economist, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes and CIO Magazine. Adam joined SAP in February 2012 as part of the SAP acquisition of SuccessFactors, where he had been head of Engineering since March 2010. Prior to SuccessFactors, Adam led Engineering for small Silicon Valley startup, eMeter, which specialized in Java-based solutions for meter data management for utilities (Electricity, Gas, Water). Adam originally comes from Sydney, Australia (his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Computer Science is from Sydney University) and has also lived in Japan, UK, US, Germany, currently, US.

In addition to leading UX vision for Workday, Joe oversees Workday Labs, the company’s center for research and innovation. Joe has a passion for the details and the pursuit of continuous innovation. Joe has spent more than 18 years in the applications software space in a variety of key technical and leadership roles. Prior to joining Workday, Joe held several technology development and engineering roles at Oracle and PeopleSoft.
