Al Adamsen is a globally recognized thought leader, advisor, and educator in the areas of Talent Strategy, Workforce Planning & Analytics, Talent Measurement, and Organizational Change. He’s the Founder & Executive Director of the Talent Strategy Institute (TSI), a global association committed to expanding the production and use of meaningful workforce insight. Before founding TSI, Al held leadership roles at Ernst & Young, Gap Inc., Infohrm (now SuccessFactors/SAP), and Kenexa (now IBM). Over his career he’s served clients such as Disney, Starbucks, Boeing, Comcast, Heinz, Mayo Clinic, Stanford University, among many others. He and his content have been featured in HRE Online, Talent Management Magazine, IHRIM Magazine, among others. He’s also a frequent keynote speaker, and author of the Talent Assessment & Development (TAD) Framework, an innovative approach to aligning job design, individual development, supervisor assessment, total rewards, and recruitment. In addition to his career pursuits, Al is also a long-standing trainer with the Positive Coaching Alliance, board member of the Character Combine, and honored father of two outstanding young people.

Formerly, he was a Director of Product Strategy at Oracle Corporation where I lead a team focusing on the delivery of Oracle’s Fusion Cloud (public & private) and On-Premise Global Core HR, Workforce Optimization, Analytics, Mobile and Big Data. Brian has over 20 years of experience in Human Capital Management and have worked previously at companies such as PeopleSoft in Product Strategy, Cisco Systems in HRIT, San Francisco State University as an Associate Professor in Business Management, Talogy, Inc (startup in Predictive Analytics & Workforce Planning), and started off his career at Intel in Strategic Staffing.

Founded in 2004, Vestrics has been recognized by Gartner, the ROI Institute, Brandon Hall Group, CIOReview Magazine and others as a market leader in predictive analytics.
Brian is widely recognized as a thought leader in the workforce analytics marketplace, having previously served as the Co-Chair of the Institute of Human Resources Workforce Planning & Analytics Working Group and Vice Chair of the Society of Human Resource Professional’s (SHRM) workforce metrics taskforce.

Peter has 40 years of experience in HR as a practitioner, academic and consultant. For the past 30 years Peter has specialised in workforce planning, reporting and analytics. Over 30 years Peter has developed the Infohrm program which is a membership based program that provides 160 global companies with a workforce planning, reporting and analytics solution that complements the functionality of their HRIS. During 2010 Infohrm was acquired by SuccessFactors which in turn was acquired by SAP early in 2012. Over the past five years Peter’s role is to promote his vision of Workforce Planning and Analytics across companies around the world. Currently over 1,000 organisations subscribe to the SAP Workforce Planning and Analytics modules. Peter is a Life Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute. In 2003 Peter was awarded to Outstanding Alumni award for the Business Faculty at Queensland University of Technology. Peter is also a Senior Fellow of the Conference Board. Peter has regularly spoken at various conferences and workshops in Europe, North America and Australia. Peter is based in London and Brisbane. His favourite pastimes are rugby and wine. He is married with two adult children.
