Stitch Fix, founded in 2011, has pioneered a new retail concept of blending brick & mortar retail with data and technology that enables busy women to discover and explore their personal style. Over the last 18 months, Stitch Fix more than quadrupled in size and now has more than 5,000 employees. An average month brings more than 7,000 applicants, 1,500 interviews and 300 new hires. To support this growth, it was essential for Stitch Fix to leverage recruiting technology capable of handling high-volume recruiting, but also flexible enough to allow teams to create personalized, scalable and culture-focused hiring processes. At an early point in her career, Lindsay found her passion for talent operations with the opportunity to be part of a small team to design and launch the first-ever talent organization for Flextronics (an international manufacturing company). Most recently Lindsay was at Yahoo! as a Director leading the global talent operations and analytics function. Today, as the Director of Talent for Stitch Fix, she leads a 15-person team focused on aiding the business in our efforts to attract, engage and retain exceptional people. Lindsay is deeply passionate about leading a successful and innovative organization, seamlessly allowing the business to achieve its talent and business goals.
