Eileen Raymond, executive director, leads Experienced Hire Recruiting for KPMG US. She is responsible for managing the recruiting efforts for approximately 5,000 professional hires across tax, audit, advisory and business process groups in North America. Her team is comprised of over 150 recruiting professionals in the United States, India and South Africa. Before joining KPMG, Raymond was the director of Talent Acquisition and Resource Management for SRA International, a leading systems integrator to the US federal government. Prior to SRA, she spent more than ten years with BearingPoint and KPMG Consulting, where she was the global director of Talent Acquisition and Management responsible for six teams with functional expertise in their respective fields of recruiting and resource management, including: Staffing Center of Excellence, Talent Development Centers, Staffing Operations, Campus Recruiting, Research and Vendor Management and Junior Military Officer Recruiting. Raymond holds a B.S. in International Relations from The American University.

He has nearly a decade of experience in the Human Capital field and has appeared in national media outlets including 60 Minutes, The Wall Street Journal and The New York Times. Healy works closely with Brazen’s global customer base that includes customers like KPMG, Facebook and Raytheon, to drive innovation and measurable business results through a chat-based messaging strategy. Previously, Healy worked as a consultant for IBM Global Business Services. He holds a B.S. in Business from Penn State University and was honored as a 2015 Penn State Alumni Achievement Award winner.
