With more than 20 years of experience in the HCM industry, Cecile has served in several capacities across the globe, including as Director of Global HCM Product Strategy for Lawson Software. She has also served as Lawson’s Global Business Development Manager, as well as the company’s first HR Presales Consultant, covering markets in France and the U.K. Passionate about people and technology in the workplace, Cecile is an internationally sought-out speaker, thought leader, and visionary on HCM trends, hot topics, and global strategies.

Adam Rogers is Ultimate Software’s Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development, overseeing the company’s product strategy, development and delivery via the Cloud. Adam joined Ultimate more than 19 years ago and has helped lead the company in its pioneering efforts to deliver human capital management (HCM) solutions via the cloud, making Ultimate the first to deliver HR and payroll cloud solutions. As part of those efforts, Adam and his team have been recognized by Forrester Research and other leading IT research firms for Ultimate’s development of best practices in agile software development. Adam is also a self-admitted gadget geek, regularly testing and evaluating new devices and applications for their business utility and to satisfy his own needs as a technophile. He studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida.

She currently oversees talent management, engagement, and employee communications for Tops Markets, a regional grocery chain based in Buffalo, NY, and her dedication to that industry has earned her recognition as a “2016 Top Woman in Grocery” through Progressive Grocer magazine. Outside of her “day job,” Jennifer is a seasoned blogger. She is one of the co-founders, principal writers, and current editor of the Women of HR blog and part of the “HR Tech Insiders,” blogging for the HR Technology Conference over the past several years. Always an HR practitioner at heart, she strives to bring that point of view to the topics she explores, and to challenge others to think differently about how they approach their jobs.

After the acquisition, Psenka ran the Workforce Analytics Group for Equifax building it into the fastest growing component of Equifax’s domestic portfolio of businesses.
Previously, Psenka worked with Price Waterhouse within their Open Systems Technology group implementing financial and manufacturing systems. He graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and holds multiple technology patents.
