CEOs continue to worry about talent, and how they can best align and engage their talent in a fast-paced, competitive environment. PepsiCo is no different. As one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies, PepsiCo has an unmistakable global portfolio of diverse and beloved brands, sold in more than 200 countries and territories. How did it get there? Simple: PepsiCo’s strength is its people — all 250,000 of them. In today’s digital economy, companies have to move faster than ever or face obsolescence, and that only happens by engaging their people — making HR more important than ever. Shakti Jauhar will share what enabling HR transformation looks like at organizations today, how the cloud is easing the journey and the successes Its had along the way. You’ll walk away with some key insights on how technology and the cloud can transform your organization too.
