Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML) and Natural Language Processing (NLP) are no longer just the domain of advanced software vendors. Leading organizations have used these technologies to gain greater understanding of their products, markets, customers and finances, and are now building teams to approach HR analytics in a completely new way. While many organizations toil away at crafting perfect headcount and turnover reports, the future of HR analytics is emerging and will quickly overtake current capabilities if we’re not paying attention. If HR doesn’t advance its analytical offerings, the business will undertake “people analytics” without HR included, as was done in the past. This expert panel will discuss the utilization of new technology frameworks to gain insights into employees and new staffing models to infuse analytical capability into HR and increase the value HR brings to the table.
