Talent Acquisition’s Best Bet or Toughest Challenge?
Event Link
Thursday 06 October
04:00 PM – 05:00 PM
Referrals are arguably the most important source of hire in the talent acquisition quiver. While the focus has been on referrals from employees, it has now broadened to candidates, alumni, vendors and even customers, parents and others. There is no argument that 95% of employers have some form of a referral program but technology tools have long struggled to support the diverse competitive practices that corporations use. In this panel, four experienced talent acquisition leaders will engage the audience in discussions of the issues, technology tools, best competitive practices and future trends of referral programs. Gerry Crispin will also supply and review data from an in-depth study of referral practices in 200 companies published in 2016.
