Mir Ali is the Vice President of Global Technology Solutions at Korn Ferry Futurestep, joining the organization in 2014. Mr. Ali is responsible for developing the global technology vision and strategy for the organization as well as its execution across the Solutions business, which includes RPO, Projects, and Technology Consulting. Mir is passionate about the impact of technology and is very involved in ensuring Futurstep’s programs have best-in-class systems. Prior to his current role, Mr. Ali served as Group Vice President for Global Information Management Business Partner Solutions with Adecco Group. Previously, he was the Vice President of Information Technology at Adecco RPO (re-branded as Pontoon) responsible for the RPO technology strategy and led a team of IT professionals specializing in recruitment technologies including data analytics, ATS, CRM, direct and indirect candidate sourcing systems, and mobile attraction tools. Mir holds a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in English composition from University of Toledo.

Kevin Stakelum is the Talent Acquisition Director for Humana, a Fortune 73 health and wellness company. As the leader of Talent Acquisition, Kevin creates the strategy and provides the leadership and direction for all aspects of talent acquisition for the company. His leadership in the areas of recruiting process design and implementation, interviewing capability and design and process standardization ensures that the function continues to enable the business to hire the best talent in the industry. Kevin is also the leader of the company’s Veterans Hiring Initiative that has been extended to continue to focus on Veterans and Military Spouses but also now includes Wounded Warriors. Kevin is also leading the company’s hiring efforts regarding people with disabilities. Prior to this role, Kevin worked for Microsoft Corporation for 14 years in a variety of recruiting leadership roles within the Services, Sales, and Server and Tools Business organizations. He also led and participated in many international management and people development initiatives across the enterprise. Kevin is a veteran of the Louisiana and Mississippi Army National Guard and holds a Bachelor of Science from Louisiana Tech University. He is currently enrolled in the joint Executive MBA program at The University of Kentucky and the University of Louisville.
