CHROs from ADP, Starbucks, IBM, and Cisco will react to unprecedented, custom big data research from ADP’s 630,000 clients showing how organizations are adjusting their labor composition to address changes in workforce vitality and the evolution of employee expectations — all to help HR executives upgrade their workforce strategies for both the near and distant future.
