Paula is MoneyGram’s Senior Director for Global Payroll and HR Systems, CCP, SPHR. Paula’s payroll teams, located in Dallas, TX and Warsaw, PL are responsible for paying MoneyGram’s almost 3,000 employees in 41 countries. Paula is responsible for helping to set strategic direction and developing the HR technology roadmap for the HR function and the business. Most recently, Paula was MoneyGram’s Project Sponsor as they implemented Taleo, Oracle’s Cloud HCM and US payroll, which went live earlier this year. MoneyGram is now wrapping up the second phase of their project implementation, deploying both the Talent Management and Workforce Compensation modules in Oracle. Paula has been with MoneyGram 3 years, however her career spans many years in Human Resources, with specialization in benefits, compensation, payroll and HR systems. Paula’s drive for achieving operational efficiency within the HR function is what keeps her closely tied to HR technology and what it has to offer.
