Jocelyn Caldwell has 20 years of experience establishing operational excellence within culturally diverse environments in both the public and private sector. Prior to joining TIAA-CREF, Jocelyn helped build the university-wide institutional effectiveness capability at Howard University. Her experience includes managing large scale programs and improvement efforts at GE, Westinghouse Electric, and the South Carolina Retirement System.

Tim Hickey is the business lead responsible for successful execution of Exelon HR’s technology and process transformation, as the function implements cloud-based HRIS, talent, recruiting, payroll and timekeeping systems. Prior to this role, Tim held a director role responsible for enterprise-wide HR strategy, technology, human capital analytics, reporting and compliance functions, and manager and lead roles responsible for talent management and organization development.

Todd Horton leads Dignity Health’s Workforce Intelligence Center of Expertise — a team that comprises specialists and analysts with backgrounds in HR, finance, strategy and operations. Reporting to the CHRO, Todd’s mandate includes being an enabler of workforce health, helping the workforce to internalize Dignity Health’s corporate values.
