Cecile Alper-Leroux is Vice President of Human Capital Management (HCM) Innovation at Ultimate Software. Since 2010, she’s focused on fostering a culture of innovation at Ultimate, resulting in the delivery of advanced, people-centric HCM technology solutions and services. She also has served as Ultimate’s VP of Product Development, responsible for defining and developing the global vision and strategy for Ultimate’s industry-leading HR, payroll, and talent management solutions. With more than 20 years of experience in the HCM industry, Cecile has served in several capacities across the globe, including as Director of Global HCM Product Strategy for Lawson Software. She has also served as Lawson’s Global Business Development Manager, as well as the company’s first HR Presales Consultant, covering markets in France and the U.K. Passionate about people and technology in the workplace, Cecile is an internationally sought-out speaker, thought leader, and visionary on HCM trends, hot topics, and global strategies.

Jessica Lee is a senior director for Marriott International’s Global Employer Brand and Communications team. She and her team use an insights driven approach to develop and implement a range of brand strategies and creative solutions to motivate and engage key target audiences including job seekers and associates. She is also actively engaged in introducing and driving talent related innovations across the enterprise. Jessica has a dozen or so years of in-the-trenches HR experience that ranges from small companies to the public sector and now a Fortune 500 company. She has touched nearly every HR function in her experience from recruiting to benefits to HR technology and more. She’s a true generalist at heart although these days she’s amped by the opportunity to leverage digital and branded strategies to attract and engage talent.
Michael is a Technology Strategist, influencer and thought leader in the the HR Technology industry. Michael has more than 25 years of experience in all facets of HR and IT solutions, and is a speaker and blogger regarding HR technology. Michael has held a number of technology-related senior management positions of increasing responsibility at such leading organizations as Mercer, Knowledge Infusion, Charles Schwab, InfoBox, Inc., Kaiser Permanente and McKesson.
Adam Rogers is Ultimate Software’s Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development, overseeing the company’s product strategy, development and delivery via the Cloud. Adam joined Ultimate more than 19 years ago and has helped lead the company in its pioneering efforts to deliver human capital management (HCM) solutions via the cloud, making Ultimate the first to deliver HR and payroll cloud solutions. As part of those efforts, Adam and his team have been recognized by Forrester Research and other leading IT research firms for Ultimate’s development of best practices in agile software development. Adam is also a self-admitted gadget geek, regularly testing and evaluating new devices and applications for their business utility and to satisfy his own needs as a technophile. He studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Florida.

Jennifer Payne is an HR veteran with nearly two decades of experience in various aspects of the profession, including employee & labor relations, learning & development, and talent acquisition. She currently oversees talent management, engagement, and employee communications for Tops Markets, a regional grocery chain based in Buffalo, NY, and her dedication to that industry has earned her recognition as a “2016 Top Woman in Grocery” through Progressive Grocer magazine. Outside of her “day job,” Jennifer is a seasoned blogger. She is one of the co-founders, principal writers, and current editor of the Women of HR blog and part of the “HR Tech Insiders,” blogging for the HR Technology Conference over the past several years. Always an HR practitioner at heart, she strives to bring that point of view to the topics she explores, and to challenge others to think differently about how they approach their jobs.

Trish McFarlane, author of the HR Ringleader blog, is the CEO of H3 HR Advisors and HRevolutionize LLP. A former HR executive with over 15 years of experience in Big 4 public accounting, PR, healthcare and IT, her expertise in leadership, performance management, training & development, change management, social media and innovation enables her to capture readers and audiences with real-life examples of how leadership plays out in organizations. Trish graduated from Webster University with a MA in Human Resource Management. She also holds a BA in Sociology and Minor in Political Science from the University of Missouri. She’s a working mother of 11 year old twins who loves writing, doing anything artistic, and volunteering for organizations that help children.
Trish co-founded HRevolution (http://thehrevolution.org), a conference that highlights emerging trends and the future of HR, with the goal of providing an alternative networking and learning experience for business professionals who were tired of the traditional conference model. HRevolution is an event that inspires collaboration and innovative ideas in the human resource industry. She also co-founded the Women of HR blog (www.womenofhr.com) in order to give a voice to practitioners who are passionate about issues affecting women in the workplace.
Mike Psenka is the founder and CEO of Moovila, a mobile-first technology platform that connects people with actionable content to better manage their personal and professional lives. Prior to Moovila, Psenka founded eThority, Inc., a business intelligence and analytics software company. He served as the CEO and President until the successful acquisition by Equifax in 2011. After the acquisition, Psenka ran the Workforce Analytics Group for Equifax building it into the fastest growing component of Equifax’s domestic portfolio of businesses.
Previously, Psenka worked with Price Waterhouse within their Open Systems Technology group implementing financial and manufacturing systems. He graduated from Princeton University with a degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering and holds multiple technology patents. Mike believes in creating a culture of respect for all team members and the importance of a healthy dose of humor in almost every part of life.
