Joe Fortino is the Vice President of Solution Consulting at Cornerstone OnDemand. A pivotal member of the Cornerstone sales team since 2004, Joe has more than 20 years of experience leading sales engineering, implementation and solution consulting teams. In his current role, he provides technical guidance on all sales activities, leads in-depth demonstrations of software offerings and supports pre-sales efforts. Joe attended Northeastern Illinois University and currently resides in the greater Chicago area with his wife and children.

Irfan Khan is responsible for directing teams, designing and demonstrating the right HCM solution. In addition, he is also responsible for providing roadmaps and advising strategic customers on their HCM transformation. His extensive knowledge of PeopleSoft and Oracle HCM Cloud applications allows him to bridge the two superior solutions to ensure our strategic customers have the right product mix to ensure success. Irfan has over 15 years of HCM experience. He spent 7 years as a consultant implementing PeopleSoft to large global organizations. In addition, he has been involved with Oracle HCM Cloud solution since its inception. Prior to joining Oracle/PeopleSoft, Irfan held HR positions at Hyatt, Morton International and Aon Hewitt.
Irfan holds a bachelors in Psychology and masters degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University Chicago.

Mara New is Vice President of Global Sales Support at SumTotal, A Skillsoft Company. In this role, she is responsible for managing a large team of highly skilled strategic product and functional experts across the world. Mara has all-encompassing industry knowledge and has worked with SumTotal for 10 years, holding every role within the presales organization before becoming VP. Prior to joining SumTotal in 2006 Mara was an entrepreneur who ran a business focused on complex ecommerce applications. She resides in Rochester, New York.
