In this role, Dorothy is responsible for managing the HR Roadmap and advancing the development and implementation of Xerox’s Enterprise HR Technology and Business Process Enablement strategy. The HR Technology and Business Process Enablement strategy includes the areas of Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation, Learning, Business Intelligence/Analytics Technology and Data Warehousing. Dorothy partners with Senior Management, Human Resources, and COE’s to ensure the business objective of implementing Enterprise solutions is met. Dorothy brings to this role 20 years of Xerox Technology and Human Resources experience. She received a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lemoyne College in Syracuse, NY.
Gretchen Alarcon

Bio
is vice president for human capital management strategy at Oracle. Alarcon leads the strategy team responsible for applications that enable companies to align their workforce goals and business objectives. Alarcon brings more than 13 years of industry experience to Oracle’s strategy organization. She spent more than four years at PeopleSoft working closely with customers and contributing to the direction of the company’s talent management and recruiting applications. Prior to her current role, Alarcon was responsible for the strategy of Oracle’s talent management applications.
Previous to Oracle, Alarcon was director of product management at Icarian, where she designed new product roadmaps and drove strategic decisions for the company’s workforce management suites. Before joining Icarian, Alarcon was with National Semiconductor, where she helped redesign the company’s worldwide human resource functions.
Alarcon holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a BA in American Studies from Stanford University.
